The Properties
There are two 3 story properties available for rent (next door to each other)
comprising of:-
Ground Floor
Bedroom with 3 beds and large wardrobe with built in
chest. Door to the pool.
Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower
Garage/Utility room with sink and washing machine. Also
space for extra beds.
There is plenty of parking at the front of the building
with secure access to a garage (via a remote control security gate)
2nd Floor - With steps to the pool
Living/Dining Room with double sofa bed, TV, DVD, Satellite,
Stereo System and dining table.
Kitchen with Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
toaster, juicer and coffee machine. It also has a balcony overlooking the mountains,
and a clothes line.
Front terrace with a table, 9 chairs and stairs leading
down to the pool.
Top Floor
Bathroom with toliet, sink, bidet and shower
Rear Bedroom with 2 Single Beds,large cupboard/chest
and views of the mountains.
Front Bedroom with 2 single beds,large cupboard/chest,balcony
and views of the sea and pool
Other Information
Bedding and towels are provided.
Both properties have Air conditioning and heating is
provided in the living, dining and kitchen areas.
A cot / playpen is now available at one of the properties.
